About the project...

Element Consulting is a leadership development and organisational consultancy that helps businesses build stronger leaders, develop high-performing teams, and create healthier workplace cultures through coaching, training, facilitation, and strategic consulting. 

The brief was to refresh the brand identity and design a new website for this long-established consultancy, with the objective of modernising the brand while retaining the recognition and equity of the existing identity.

The logo was carefully evolved to preserve its original concept while introducing a more contemporary and refined aesthetic. 

A new typographic system was also developed, improving legibility and flexibility across both print and digital applications, and forming the foundation of the redesigned website.

Working in collaboration with my long-standing web design partner, www.tanyadeans.com, who led the website development, and copywriter Rachael Hammond, we created a fresh, approachable online presence that reflects Element Consulting's personality, expertise, and client-focused approach.
