About the project...

OTII is a Swiss-based organisation that helps businesses and educational institutions identify and prevent psychosocial risks through evidence-based insights into mental health, workplace wellbeing, and organisational culture. By analysing the underlying causes of stress, burnout, and disengagement, OTII enables leaders to make informed decisions that create healthier, more supportive environments.

The brief was to develop a flexible report template using the client's existing visual identity, which included an established logo, colour palette, and an extensive library of illustrations. The primary objective was to create a professional, easy-to-use template that would enable the client to produce future reports independently while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

A modular layout system was developed using a series of adaptable page templates that could be reconfigured to accommodate a wide range of report topics and content types. 

To further streamline the production process, the existing illustrations were refined and repurposed into a library of user-friendly graphic assets that could be easily incorporated wherever needed. 

The result was a scalable design system that balanced creative flexibility with ease of use, empowering OTII to produce visually consistent publications long after the project was complete.
