Hayley Milne Payne

Growing up in London, I developed a passion for design from an early age - a passion that has shaped both my personal and professional journey. Since relocating to Lucerne in 2007, I have proudly called Switzerland home, building a rewarding career and establishing a strong professional network that extends both across Switzerland and internationally.

Over the years, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with clients and professionals from a diverse range of industries, including sports marketing, hospitality and events, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, beauty and cosmetics, banking and technology, education and the arts, healthcare and fitness, food and beverage, travel and tourism, telecommunications, e-commerce, and business services.

These experiences have given me a broad perspective and the ability to create thoughtful, effective design solutions tailored to a wide variety of audiences and business sectors.

Early years 2000-2006

Following completing undergraduate studies in graphic communication in Wolverhampton 2003 I went on to study at the prestigious University of Arts London, College of communication campus. Where I completed a masters degree in Enterprise and Management for the Creative Arts in 2006.

During this period I in parallel established a foundation in print design working in catalogue and advertising at the globally renowned Bonhams Actioneers.

Foundation in global brands and events 2006-2011

During my postgraduate education, I shifted my focus toward sports marketing, beginning my career in the marketing department at Chelsea Football
Club.

I then moved to Switzerland to join TEAM Marketing in Lucerne from 2007 to 2011, as both a Brand and Event Manager. In this role, I worked extensively on the brand development of UEFA club competitions and managed on-site event operations for UEFA Champions League matches, gaining invaluable experience in global sports branding and live events.

Sales & Business Proficiency
2011-present

I continued my career in sports marketing with a stronger focus on sales communications, joining the communications team at Infront Sports & Media. In this role, I was responsible for developing high-level sales assets and data visualisations, while also supporting the company's broader communication needs.

My work included internal event management, corporate merchandising, and brand development, helping to deliver clear, engaging communications across multiple touchpoints.

Building on the experience and expertise gained throughout my career, I went on to establish myself as a senior freelance designer. Today, I draw on the knowledge and skills developed across my previous roles to provide strategic, creative design solutions that help businesses communicate effectively, strengthen their brands, and achieve their goals.

Helping female entrepreneurs lead the charge.

I believe in supporting women to launch their own businesses and champion each other, because in a society where women still face unequal treatment in the workplace and career progression post-motherhood, choosing entrepreneurship becomes a powerful and necessary path.

Many women in Switzerland and across Europe are turning to business ownership as the logical next step

I’m here to help you take that leap!
